The selection of wines presented in our wine list stems from the preference for new and young producers, who adopt as fundamental value the love for the land and aim to create products of high quality.

It includes though also the more classical producers that have influenced the wine market in the last two decades; the predecessor of the 'new wine generation'. Wines from the important Tuscan Producers as well as the best of Italian tradition.
